What we collect
Only what you type into the Request Information form: your name, your email address, a preferred date or season, an estimated guest count, and what you are planning. If you choose to give them, also your phone number and — if you are asking about staying — an approximate number of overnight guests.
There is no message field, so the form cannot collect anything we have not asked for by name.
Nothing else is collected. There is no account to create, and the site asks for no payment details at any point.
Why we collect it
To reply to your inquiry and to help you plan your celebration. That is the only purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list — there isn’t one.
Where it goes
Your inquiry is sent to us by email at info@thevillafarm.com using Brevo, an email delivery service, which processes the message in order to deliver it. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside The Villa Farm.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics and carries no advertising trackers. Typefaces and images are served from this site’s own domain, so no third party sees your visit. That is also why you were not shown a cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
How long we keep it
Inquiries stay in our email inbox for as long as we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
